Consists of the personal files of William S. Dix pertaining to his activities outside of the realm of his tenure as Princeton's University Librarian. The files, which consist primarily of memos and correspondence, document his participation on UNESCO committees, as president and board member of the American Library Association and the Association of Research Libraries, and as advisor to several other university library systems.
